  1. Is it against the law to swim with Dolphins and Manatees?

    The way we swim does not disturb the Manatees or Dolphins in anyway.

  2. Privacy Policy

    Privacy Policy - Reservations use of information. We treat the information you provide to us as confidential information; it is, accordingly, subject to our company's security procedures and strict corporate policies regarding protection and use of confidential information. The personal information you provide to us for making a reservation is made available to for the purpose of meeting your reservation request. Dolphin Paradise Tours will not share or sell the information provided. Delivery Method - Email. You will receive a receipt upon process of your reservation for confirmation purposes and proof of payment, please print this as this is your ticket to aboard the day of your reservation. It is our intention to only send you email communications that will be useful to you and that you want to receive. When you make a reservation online and provide your email address, we will occasionally contact you via-email and provide information about your reservation.

  3. Refund Policy

    NO REFUNDS after trip is purchased and booked. With a 24 hour notice we can reschedule your trip date or time and will be a $20.00 rescheduling fee will apply before any changes will honored and is still based on availability and approval. You must submit in writing only of this change to our booking support team at [email protected]. If you are not there at time of reservation you will be considered a no show and forfeit your trip. (This includes vouchers). We can not hold the captain up to wait at the dock.


  4. Terms and Conditions

    We take safety very seriously and our aim is for everyone to have fun on the tour - so with this in mind, we have some Terms and Conditions. 

    We are not responsible for any passengers personal injuries.

    We are not responsible for lose/damage of passengers equipment.

    Tours, schedules and itineraries are subject to change and customer will be notified.

    Due to bad weather conditions. We have the right to canceal any trip and any time. The judgement on the weather is at the captain's discretion Only.

    Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

    We have the right to refuse any passengers at anytime.

    These terms and conditions are subject to change at anytime.

  5. Can we bring Food?

    Of course, you are welcome to bring any eats or drinks of any kinds onboard.

  6. Age Limit?

    There is NO age limit to do this tour. We are all family oriented and it is fun for all ages. No matter what age you are prepare to act like a kid. We take all our kids from newborns to grandparents.

  7. Life Jackets?

    We have all those onboard and you do have to use our commercial approved life jackets when coming out with us. Children are required to have them on while on the boat at all times. Once we arrive at the remote island, they are not required.

  8. Ticket?

    Everyone that is a person is required to pay to aboard for the Tour. Our tour starts at the dock. Once we leave the dock everyone that is on our boat is on our tour. Tickets are $40.00 per person.

  10. Day and Hours

    We Depart out Monday - Saturday.  

    Note Sunday and Holiday's we are Closed.

  11. Is there a age limit to go by yourself?

    Yes, there is a age limit because of the water activity on the water you do have to sign a Liabilty form before departure and to sign a liabilty form you do need to be 18years old or older. NO ONE UNDER 18 YEARS OLD OR UNDER CAN GO BY THERESELF. They do need a Parent or Guardian over 18 years old to go with them.
